Energy infrastructure targeted in the region
Ukraine's energy systems have come under increased strikes in recent weeks

Overnight, Moscow's missile and drone strikes have resulted in blackouts in extensive areas of the capital city, the Ukrainian capital.

Officials stated that 450 drones and over thirty projectiles struck the country's power systems, describing such assaults as "premeditated" and against "everything that sustains normal life" as winter approaches.
